Nuka World was a big step back in quest writing, it's basically become a raider boss or slaughter all the raiders and skip all story content, there are no competing factions for you to interact with in any meaningful way (despite dialogue that leads you to believe there will be). It doesn't add as many useful new weapons/armor as you might like and there's a couple of problems with what was added (that of course Bethesda won't be fixing), but it's solid.
